Hello everyone, I adopted a 2 year old cat back in May and absolutely love him to death... the only thing is that I’m concerned about his water intake. At first I had a simple bowl l, but noticed he wasn’t drinking out of it and would go for the sink whenever it was running. I looked into it and decided to get a running fountain. He was a fan of it for a few days, but then he started taking the top off and splashing all the water out of it. So I’m back to square one- he’d rather drink water from the faucet.
Besides the whole water thing, he’s healthy and in great shape. Does anyone else’s cat do this? Know any tricks? I would be eternally grateful!
