Our 5 year old Labradoodle has a broken claw down to the kwik. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but this time it’s on his front paw and it’s so easy for him to lick it. We’ve tried double-coning him, a basket muzzle, putting a sock over it, and no matter what he finds a way to chew it. He manages to reach past the cone even though it’s such a long cone and there are two of them, he gets out of the muzzle, and he chews through the sock. At this point it feels like the only thing that would stop him is a chainmail sleeve. Can anyone suggest anything to help?
