My 4.5 Months Old Cat Sudden Change of Behaviour.

Greetings fellow pet owners. I have a question and do tell if anyone has any sort of similar experiences with their furry littlings.

My cat of 4.5 months old today stopped walking. What do I mean by that?
- Well... let me give you a briefdown of what happened. He sneakily got out of the house and went to play around and near the premise. I usually don't mind this because my dad who works form home, is usually outside to keep an eye on him. But just for the sake of it happening, my cat got out of his peripheral.

Skip a few moments later he just hears a dog vigorously barking and pulling his chains. (This is my neighbours dog that is locked inside of his premise but cats however can go through his house's gates.) My dad made nothing of this as the dog usually does this even when there are no cats around (because birds usually take his attention).

Long story short, my mom then called my dad and asked to find him as she realized that hes not in the house. Usually or most of the time, we have this dangling bell cat toy thing that we wiggle around and he'll almost instantly come chasing the thing, but this time around, he gave no response. My dad then went ahead and looked under the neighbours car and found him just lying there. Inanimate. He took a broom and proceeded to sweep him away from the car and he hissed at my dad with his fur spurring or fuzzled up. Since then, he's now not moving and from what I can see, is limping but almost barely. I put him in the litter box for him to do his business and he did, but struggling to stay balanced when doing so and tumbling. In fact, after the incident, he doesnt really try and walk because he just gives up halfway trying to stay/stand up.

Before all this happened, hes a cheerful and playful cat. A slight movement can trigger his playfullness and give you a smile for your attention.

I went to the vet and did a checkup. The vet simply told me that he is healthy. (No signs of bruises nor irregularities in his pelvis or stomach area in general and his temperature is normal) and gave him some intestinal worm medicine and a vitamin supplement. Mind you, I went there in the first place was to know, why he didnt move or is refusing to move. Also on another note, he usually doesn't "meow" or vocalize alot apart from trying to take attention that "hooman, I am hungry." I can only afford to go to the states Vet. But what I got was simply not enough information.

Thank you in advanced to anyone who can give or share their experiences whether it be personally or profesionally. I don't usually keep pets but once in a blue moon, they just melt my heart and it absolutely makes my heart break to see them in this state.

TL;DR - My cat might've potentially got scared and is now limping because of trauma or muscle spasm. Vet said hes fine and gave a few supplements. What he didnt tell me is why the cat is behaving this way.

I apologise for the horrible quality. Phone's is 7 years old but it can somewhat get the job done.
