I had one of those like half subs from Publix and had about half of that left. She stole the top bread piece and ran off. Because of my grandmas annoying furniture I couldn’t catch her.
I think she pretty much ate it in one go.
It’s currently midnight and I cannot afford an emergency vet or regular currently unless I really really need to be concerned (not that I’m not).
I checked her breathing and pulse which seem to be normal as well as gently massaging her throat. I’m trying to get her to bark or growl to see how it sounds. Once upon a time I wanted to be a vet tech so I at least had an idea to check breathing and pulse.
What else can I look out for symptom wise and do I need to prepare an emergency vet visit in the morning? I probably won’t be sleeping to keep an eye on her. Any advice is helpful right now.
