I adopted a four month kitten about 9 months ago. When I first got him he was literally the sweetest thing in the world, seriously the most outgoing confident and affectionate cat in the world. Over the past couple months he’s slowly changed, often times nipping and even at times attacking my hands and face while I was lying down. I’ve moved to a bigger house which helped with the play aggression as he has more territory to play in now. He still has a couple sweet moments every now and then but it’s less common. I was just wondering if this is normal in cats, or if there was something I did wrong along the lines of raising him. I always tried to introduce him to new people, frequently played with him, would try not to use my hands as toys etc
