I'm looking into getting a pet (not immediately considering my cockatiel just passed away) but I'm not necessarily sure which pet. Looking into one that isn't too pricey and generally pretty low maintenance. Nocturnal preferably since I'm usually up and doing things at night, also I'm in school until 3 pm. I don't really want something as small as a hamster, but also not something like a dog since I already have one. They don't have to be affectionate. I'm currently looking into getting a hedgehog, but I'm not entirely sure yet.
Pets that are not an option: -Guinea pigs (Too much noise and don't really want something you have to keep in pairs) - Spiders (Nope, just no) - Reptiles (As much as I love them, the people in my house hate them) - Frogs (I don't like frogs) - Rats (Don't really like rats) - Rabbits (Enclosure's too big and hay is quite pricey here) - Parrots (I vowed to never have one again) - Fish (Already have some and I want something you can hold) - Hamsters (too small)
