My cat Shadow has always been somewhat of a clingy cat but he takes it to a whole new level every time I try to relax in the tub. He has an obsession with sitting on the ledge of the bathtub and trying to get me to pet him, it's gotten to the point where if I can't find him around the house I will turn on the bathtub so he comes running (it works every time). If I try and ignore him he will start pawing at my shoulders and arms. If I close the door while I'm taking a bath he will scratch and meow non-stop until I open it. I love him and I know everybody who owns cats wants the problem of them being too affectionate, but it's driving me absolutely insane. My job is physically intense, and soaking in a hot bath after work is the best way for me to wind down and avoid being sore, but at this point he's starting to make it stressful enough where I don't really want to do it anymore.
