Hey guys!
So, I just want a little bit of advice on something my dog did.
On Saturday a dog trainer that is very famous in our and other countries visited us and showed us how to make our dog (Caucasian Shepherd-mix) the last one our pack hierachy.
So we adapted those changes and one of them includes feeding her off the table to show her that she doesn't need to work for her food which should result in less territorial behavior. (Please don't comment on that aspect whether you agree with it or not.)
Anyways, so today I was feeding her off the table when she wasn't begging and didn't expect the food. Suddenly she looks at me, lays down on the floor, looks at me again and then starts putting her paws in front of her face and putting them over her eyes for a second.
She's never done that before and it didn't seem like a "random" behaviour because it looked like she made sure I was looking at her.
My question now, what does this mean?
I've already googled but I just want to know it from someone who knows what he/she is talking about.
