I need help....or I should say my kitten does

I adopted a kitten a few months ago. I already had two cats, and really was not looking for a third, but this little guy looked so sickly I just could not leave him in the environment he was in. I did not think he would make it. It was confirmed shortly after bringing him home, he had Giardia. After a few days of meds, he was on the mend...or so we thought. While his health improved, his behavior worsened. He is so food aggressive, I am losing my patience with him. As I go to feed him, he will attack me. He attacked my daughter eating a chicken wing, bit her, and ran off with it. He is being fed plenty and is healthy. He was fixed just a few days ago and vet says he looks good. He will constantly get into to the sink, garbage, anything. In fact, he will even challenge the dogs - two very large shepherds for their food. I know now he was weaned too early. I think the people who had him, and about 12 other kittens, just wanted them gone. Between him having Giardia and early weaning, he is a hot mess. I cannot leave food out all day because I have two older cats who need a restricted diet or they become obese. So I am at a loss at what to do. I have sadly thought about surrendering him and I really do not want to do that. I just cannot have him biting me, or my children any longer. He is getting PLENTY of food to eat. In fact, I just fed him 5 minutes ago and his back up in the sink again! I am looking for ideas to save his sanity and mine!
