Inexpensive but healthy kitten food?

Hi all, I’m looking into getting a kitten soon (probably around 8 weeks old) and I’d like some advice on food. Seems like the consensus on google is wet food ~2/day while leaving dry food out all day. Is this a good idea? Also, I want to get her nutritious food that won’t break the bank. It’s ok if it’s a bit more pricey, just preferable not too crazy. Any recommendations on this for a wet and dry food? Also, perhaps some advice on treats? Thank you!!
