For some reason I can't post in the parrot subreddit even tho I did nothing wrong there. For 2 months straight my caique has been hormonal every second he is out of the cage. Don't give me the advice of what to do or not do, I tried all of that. Also he doesn't just fly on my shoulder and sit there. He goes head down towards the ground and whether I try to help him by stepping up or leaving him alone, he always ends up biting to right himself up. Every single time he lands on me. My wife can't relax because he wants to be under her chin every second she's around and if we put up a blanket he tries to get around it relentlessly. Any ideas? This is beyond the "he's not a dog, he's a bird" type of thing.
