I currently live in Dallas with my whippet lab mix, and I am hoping to bring her home with me to Seattle for Christmas for a few weeks. I am super nervous about bringing her in the cargo bay. Has anyone here ever had issues with their dog flying with them in cargo?
My dog will probably be fine in terms of her emotional state, but I am still nervous because of all the stories I hear. I have a big impact crate for her that we would use. My only other option is to drive the 24 ish hours home, which I am considering as well.
Any advice or past experiences would be helpful!
