New bunnies

Hi all, my partner and I adopted a pair of bonded female rabbits a week and a half ago. They have a large outdoor hutch with 2 floors and come inside the house every evening. It has been too wet for the outside run so far but we have one ready. One of the rabbits has taken to us pretty quickly, licks our hands (and faces!), climbs onto our laps, and this evening did her first binky! The other one is a lot more timid and I just want to know if we’re doing the right things. We don’t pressure her into anything, just let her run around in our living room, sometimes she comes over to sniff and we just sit still and don’t scare her off. But she’s still very timid and also occasionally nips us (quite hard) and we’re not sure why. Any tips would be appreciated! They also have occasional tiffs, where the little one chases the big one. No biting or prolonged chases but we’re not sure why they do it.
