My parents just adopted a new cat, who is very nervous (used to be a stray). She found an opening in the utility room and got into the ceiling last night (first day there) and wont come out. My thoughts are leave her alone and she will eventually get used to the place and venture out, but my parents are understandably stressed. Any thoughts or ideas?
