I want to move with my cat to Bahrain. I am worried about having her put in the cargo. How safe is it for her? Should I sedate her for the trip? Is it better to have her with me on Cabin, knowing that the flight that allows cats on Cabin is not a direct flight and takes double the time to arrive? One problem i also have is my cat is 8 kg and the airlines that allow cats on cabin have a weight limit, cat + cage should be 8 kg not more than that.
Also, what is the process when we reach Bahrain. I heard they will keep her in the quarantine for a while.
