I need to update my cat's food/water bowl situation, but I'm not sure the best way to go about it since there's so many options. Right now I have a dish that is 2 bowls connected - very basic. My main problem is my cat loves splashing his water. Then the water gets into his food bowl, makes his food soggy and he doesn't want to eat his soggy food. Now I have wasted cat food and I have to clean disgusting soggy cat food (so I understand why he's not eating it LOL).
I know the obvious answer is getting him 2 separate bowls, and putting distance between them. Do yall have any other advice though?
