I have had two cats who I've had to witness pass on and now that I have two more I feel extremely anxious about everything that they do. I've already almost lost one due to crystals blocking his urine and nearly killing him. The other one recently got outside because of major wind (they are indoor cats). Combined with my OCD this makes things a nightmare because I have to obsessively check things. Does anyone know how to deal with this kind of anxiety?
