my brother neglects his dog, and I don't mean this in the "he lets her outside to roam the neighbourhood 13 hours a day". I mean shes a pup who is bearly house trained is on the edge of malnourished and sits in a crap covered run that's 10 by 12 ish feet. shes constantly lonely and he refuses to spend time with her. if he flat out refused to take care of her it wouldn't make me so angry id just let her run away but he just goes "yeah ill do it" or "when I have the time". he's 18 and sits on the computer all day if he can, I understand liking video game I used to be semi-pro starcraft player but he's not even trying to do that. I own my own dog I know what it's like to raise a rambunctious pup but I don't know what to do, my parents just say " well that's his problem" and if I try to do anything it'll just end up with all three of them yelling at me and thing going back to the way they were or him just getting another dog. I don't know what to do I can't do anything for her but I can't watch her suffer like this. any suggestions?
