Got this guy when he was around 2 or 3 months old.
It's just me and him in the house. I change his litter daily, make sure his bowl is full, give him treats every morning and after playing with the laser.
He's neutered and had his every shot.
And yet he still hates me. Yes hates me.
Not once has he ever approached me (unless I'm holding the treat bag of course)
Doesn't play with anything but the laser.
Doesn't let me touch him.
Refuses to sit, let alone sleep in the same room with me (as soon as I enter the room, he would literally wake up from the deepest sleep, go to the next room, and pass out again).
He's making it really hard to like him. Don't know what else to do. I'm considering giving him up for adoption but I don't have the heart to give him to a shelter and I would never want him to live with someone abusive.
But yet he feels more like a chore than a companion. Is it cause he gets lonely when I'm at work? I don't have the space for another kitty if that's the case.
Melo has turned me into a dog person LOL. Goddamnit JUST LET ME LOVE YOU.
