Context : I own three beautiful parrots and I spend time with them every morning. I wake up at 09:30 AM everyday, spend a couple of hours with my birds and leave for work at 12:00. I get back at 9:00 PM and go to sleep at 1:30-2:00 AM.
I'm looking to buy a small animal (only dogs and cats are available for adoption here ) that would be awake and active around 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM and I can spend time with in the night.
I want to get a small animal because dogs aren't allowed in my apartment and I don't thinks having cats and birds together in a small apartment is such a good idea.
