Got a cat for 2 weeks now and like clockwork around 23:00 he starts mewoing , tried everything , playing with him giving him food no he doesnt wanna sleep he keeps going to the window watching for a bit and meowing , i live in an apartment and from what i know its cat breeding season or sth like that and he ain't sterilized yet , will feeding him catnip make him sleep? I ve seen article on line saying cat nip when fed to cats acts like a sedative
