Hello. I'm planning to get a 3 week old Bichon Frise puppy, but I have 6-8 hours of school and I don't think I can trust my mom and grandma since they're busy and sometimes careless. My parents are divorced so I don't have my dad. We promised my mom's friend (the puppy's mother's owner) that we would adopt the puppy and get her first vaccination. What should I do? Is this a good idea? I know what would happen to her if i left her alone for that long possibly without any care at all...
