I found a clearly abandoned cat -fur matted, dirty- and took her to the vet. She's about 11 years old. She has a microchip, but they said they had never seen a microchip number like hers. They said it could possibly be from outside the US. I'm also having trouble searching for her owners on public databases. Wondering if anyone can help?
Her microchip number is 0A1050353E.
