Cat spends too much time outdoors.

I’ve had my cat for three years and she always spent a few hours outdoors but we’ve recently gotten a Labrador and while the lab is an absolute dream and he’s not at all aggressive towards our cat she’s still scared, she’s been spending most of the day outside lately and I want to train her to be more of an indoors cat because it’s just much safer. The problem is that every time she’s in the house she scratches the door and meows for ages to get out. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks
