Cat with fever (advice please)

Hello, so today I went to the vet because my cat is breathing rapidly. The vet said that it was because of a fever and because she ate a lizard so she has gotten lizard poisoning. (but if she's not well in 3 days we would have to do a blood test)

I gave her antibiotics which the vet gave me and so far, so good as she's eating them but her breathing has not subside. So I have a few question to ask:

1).Can I let her play wit the other cat? The other cat is very active and she still plays with him but I'm not sure if it's the best decision to do so.

2) Can I turn on the air-con? I'm not too sure to turn it on if the cat has a fever. Should I keep her in a room temperature place? Thanks so much and if you guys have any advice, please do tell as this is my first time and I'm quite overwhelmed.

3) What would be a best way to mix the medicine so she would finish everything. Just now I had to feed her a little by little with some cat treats because she wouldn't eat them, although I had mixed then up with the canned food that the vet recommended me to buy.
