I'm moving my cat (Male) I adopted as a kitten 10 years ago back to living with me and my 2 indoor/outdoor 1 year old cats (female). They are all fixed, im just REALLY worried about territory issues. So far Ive had Oscar (OG cat) in a separate room for the past 36 hours while the girls have been outside the house... Until right meow....
Now I am in the closed room with Oscar and one of the girls is crying for me outside the door, and Oscar really wants out of being cooped up as he is used to free roam outdoors in semi-rural neighborhood.
WHAT DO I DO!?!?
Backstory*** *in case there is any confusion, after I had Oscar for about 5 years I moved to New York and let my mother take care of him since he loves being outside and I knew he would be happier in Texas chasing lizards. When I moved back I let him stay at my mom's because he was already established in his land. I thought he would stay there forever, but my mom and step dad got a divorce and sold the house. Because I thought he was going to spend his life in his happy place I adopted the sisters last year...
