My kitten (3 months) isn’t reading my older cat’s body language & can’t tell when she’s had enough. The kitten like to play fight and the older cat tolerates it up to a point, but when she’s ready to stop she’s very clear about it (stiffens up, irritated ears, walks away) but the kitten doesn’t seem to understand.
Is this normal for the kitten’s age or should I be concerned? Is there a way to teach her to communicate better or will she learn by watching my older cat?
