Kitten poop trouble, what should I do?

So basically, I have a ragdoll kitten who is 11 weeks old. He is great. obedient, quiet, loving, and affectionate, however, he isn't a great after potty cleaner.

Every time he uses the litter and comes out he has dingleberries mixed with poop stuck to his butthole. He always has some amount of poop just there (usually like a grain of rice on the pink parts), I clean him up by patting his behind with a wet (warm) cloth and then dry it out but he hates it, he started screaming and meowing, sometimes even shivering. He hates the sink and now starts meowing and clawing at me as soon as he sees me pick him up and take him to it.

I have tried everything to make him clean his butt so I wouldn't have to like bending him a Lil bit when he's cleaning himself and taking his face near the butt, I sprayed water on his butt with a spray bottle but it was all to no avail.

I don't want to keep cleaning him cause I'm afraid he will hate me and start associating me with negativity and I don't want that, however, I also don't want my entire house to smell like his poop or want his poop in my face when he's playing with me on my bed.

Cat owners of Reddit, I ask for your advice and help as to what I should be doing, is there something I can mix in with his food so his poop doesn't stick to his butthole? (I currently give him Nature's Harvest, Chicken and brown rice, Dry food) How do I get him to clean himself?
