I adopted my dog at 10 months old, since adopted they had to neuter him. Since then he would never allow to be carried by his stomach only by his paws. I have had him for over 2yrs in December it’ll be 3 but we have recently moved. We ended up selling our house in midst of the Covid crisis and decided to settle in an apartment however pets were not allowed. Due to this we left it with my partner’s family where they have 2 chihuahuas and a young Husky. We eventually moved into our new house after a month or two and brought hime with us, he stopped eating and was quite depressed but then it passed. It’s been a month or a little more than a month since we separated him from the other dogs and he sometimes growls at me or attempts to bite me for no reason. I cannot hold or carry him in any way. I love my dog and it feels like he no longer loves me back. Idk what to do I just want my best friend back, it almost feels like I lost the dog I loved. I need all the help I can get, I’m desperate.(And no I know that they never harmed him or did anything to him while he was there, they wouldn’t even grab him)
