Pet adoption home visits

So my family are currently in the process of adopting a new dog ( we currently have one used to be 2 but one passed away by and I like to have 2 dogs) the breed we are trying to get us a Feist mix ( same as the one who passed away) anyway we put in the app today and they said they need to do a home visit first was wondering what I should expect for this home visit I love in a mobile home with a fenced in yard is there anything i should worry about like around the home or rather what are they looking for in the visit that perhaps I could review myself before they come

We meet the Doug this morning she loved my wife and son and me but most of all my current dog Jada really seemed to be excited to meet her after being a little depressed after our last log pasted away I just so want this to go well and we can add her as part of our family
