We have had our husky for about 3 years, good dog but stubborn. He is potty trained, and the last 3 of the last four nights he has either pooped or peed in the house. He hasn’t done any of this since he was a puppy. The spots seem like they are on purpose too (I know sounds stupid). But when he has peed in the past it is always on the spare bedroom bed. That was his first spot. Second time was my blanket, third time he pooped in my fiancé’s office. We just got news that a puppy we wanted to adopt is ours to take home later this week, and I’m worried about how he will adjust now. He loves other dogs, and that was our whole reason in getting a second. I’m not sure what’s going on with him. I thought maybe it was his routine got changed with us being home due to covid but he didn’t act like this at all the first two months. I just didn’t know if you redditors had any suggestions. He has had free reange of the house for a little over 2 years, but we are thinking about putting him in his pin tonight. (It’s his safe space and he access to it all the time anyway).
