my cat is usually very entertaining, energetic, vocal, playful, loving and just... full of life. but here recently she’s just been lying around. it started out by her just sitting in whatever doorway and staring in/out at me, then she started “avoiding” me, not actively but she doesn’t seem to feel the need to be around me anymore. she used to come get in my face anytime i woke up and would demand loving but here lately i’ve been waking up to her not even in the bed/room. today when i came home from work i was told she had been laying in the same chair for most of the day, and i’m worried about her. i put her in the bath just to see how much she would fight it (and to clean her) and she just calmly jumped out instead of fighting for her life to escape the water monster. she started walking like she’s so tired and she just wants to lay around. i’ve been told i’m over paranoid and “freak out” about her too much but i know my cat and i just want to know what’s wrong w her. thanks in advance. edit: she’s not even two years old yet so i know it’s not “old age”.
