I have a 3.5-month-old kitten, and whenever I clean his litter I notice his poops are often soft, and he's been able to step on them and flatten them down even more and they stick to the box and makes it difficult to clean. It's not runny or diarrhea-like and it's a usual color, but it isn't the firmer poops of my older cat.
Is this normal for kittens? And if so, what age do they usually start firming up a bit?
