Cat is depressed I think after I moved out

My and my girlfriend were together for 4 years and 3 of those years lived together and got a kitty pretty soon after. Got a second pretty soon. The first one bella is the most needy loving clingy kitty ever. She constantly sitting on out laps napping or begging for pets. Sometimes she would curl up in the sun but almost always laying all over us. We broke up and I moved out. We are still friends I have gone over a few times. She's not the same cat. Much more aloof. I thought it was just with me but my ex said she's been like that. Not snuggling. Moody. By herself. Do you think it's because I moved out. She's like a teenager whose parents got divorced so she rebels lol
