Recently just got a kitten and I worry that when he’s older he will want to follow my sisters cat outside since he is an outdoor cat .
Salem has a little door on my sisters window so he can come and go as he pleases but I worry that when my cat gets older and they start to bond more that he will get curious on where he goes and follow Salem outside and get lost or worse get hit.
We obviously can’t close the window that’s the only way he can get in if no one is home and we can’t close her door since Salem likes to sleep downstairs and likes to walk around the house .
If anyone has any advice it would be very appreciated I’ve looked up what I can do and google is no help
