My cat always have diarrhea. Sent to the vet for a couple of times. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

I have a 1 year old cat. That seems to have constant diarrhea. I have 3 cats all of which have similar diets and are close in age.(Aboo, Oyen and Bengy)

One of them, Aboo, have constant diarrhea which is worrying. I just sent her to the vet which prescribed medication, new food to try out and supplements. I'm currently sticking to what the vet recommends but I would like to hear this community input.

Her current diet or what we feed our cats

Wet food - Kit Cat Gravy (Chicken and Tuna) Dry food - Taste of the Wild Prey Limited Ingredient Turkey Toppers - Stella and Chewy Freeze Dried (this is usually given to Oyen because he is fussy)

What the vets prescribed/recommends Dry Food - Hills Prescription Diet Gastrointestinal Biome Post biotics - Furment Cor Vet Plus Gel ( to make Aboo poop firmer Dewormer Antibiotics
