My roughly 5 year old mini Australian Shepherd has always had large mammary glands but has never had a litter (that we know of - rescue dog). Vets have checked them out in the past and said it’s all normal. Today I noticed she has blackheads around her nipples and while I was looking at them, the two nipples I looked at secreted a clearish milky liquid. She didn’t seem to be bothered at all but I stopped just in case. She is not pregnant and recently took her first dose of Simparica. Should I be concerned?
