As my grandma's health deteriorates, we're considering taking her cat (8 years old) in. Problem is we have a 1 year old puppy. They have interacted almost daily for the past 8 months but my puppy is still very playful and my grandma's cat is not happy with being shoved around. A few days ago we left them alone (together) and my grandma's cat scratched my puppy's eye. Any tips on how to make things more amicable between them?
