I’ve been looking into animal fostering lately and have a few questions before leaping into something that will take a lot of dedication and time. I have one dog and two cats already. My dog is a small breed and a senior, my cats are mostly outdoors but come inside every once in a while, so I don’t know if I’ll even be a contender since I already have so many animals at home. So here are my questions:
Will having other pets ruin my chance of fostering one?
How long does a foster animal typically stay with you?
Do you get to choose which animal to foster or is it chosen by the shelter?
