My cat was two years old and seemed perfectly healthy, he had never been sick and was full of energy. I came home with KFC and he really liked the smell so I gave him a few tiny pieces with the skin off, so just chicken. 10 minutes later he was dead on my bedroom floor :( I have read that onion powder can be toxic to cats but if it is in the breading it would have only been a tiny amount that was still present on the chicken, again, no breading was fed.
The vet told me that he died from an aneurysm and that from the moment he was born, the clock was ticking before he it would end his life, his time had simply come. Is this correct or did I cause the death of my cat?
