My roommate decided to adopt two kittens. I'm a little concerned since they're about 5 months old and she works for 12+ hours a day. They stay in her room when she's away, while I try to take them out and let them roam around this isn't always an option. Is this okay or is it cruel? I don't have any experience with pets and would love some input.
