So yesterday night (9:30 PM) , I left the door to my apartment open (accidently) and my cat managed to escape without me noticing. She was attacked by a pack of strays (4-5) and when I got to her...she was already scared and hissing. She didnt have any external bite marks on her body...but had been bitten. Vets werent available so I took her to the vet today morning and gave her some injections and prescribed some Steroidal drops. Also both her hind legs have a limp since and she can walk and sit up straight.
Since yesterday night she hasnt eaten anything and has only drunk water so far (18 hours no food, only drank water). Needed some advice on how to deal with a traumatized cat. How long will it take for her to get out of the trauma.
