Cat only wants to eat scrambled eggs, pancakes and unfrosted cupcakes

I rescued a stray cat almost a year ago. She has stomatitis which means her gums think her teeth are foreign objects and start attacking them. The only way to fix it is to have all of her teeth removed but it’s an $800 procedure and I’m a college student so it’s taking some time to save that up. In the meantime she used to have no problems eating dry food but eventually she stopped. I figured maybe it was too hard for her to eat so I switched to wet food and again she ate it for a little while. Then she started begging me for my scrambled eggs and since it was the first time she showed interest in food I gave her some. She ate them all and then wanted more. I tried mixing eggs with wet food or chicken but she only wanted the eggs. Then she got into a batch of pancakes I made and took off with two of them. The same thing happened when I made cupcakes. Now the only thing she’ll eat is scrambled eggs, pancakes and cupcakes and I don’t know what to do

I know it’s not healthy and she’s probably has malnutrition but I can’t get her to eat any kind of cat food or meat. She’ll literally starve herself instead of eating it. I’ve given her shredded chicken and she wants nothing to do with it. The only meat she’ll eat is tri-tip but that’s not something I can get easily. I’ve tried different wet foods and I’ve even googled how to make cat food but she won’t eat anything unless it’s scrambled eggs, pancakes with and without syrup or unfrosted cupcakes. Does anyone have any advice?
