Sorry if i sound rather stupid as i dont know much about fish and shrimp keeping as its my fathers hobby and he isnt here right now. A week ago we got 3 amano shrimp to house with about 10 young orandas. My cat decided it would be fun to jump on top of the tank, break the board covering it and take a bath. With him went a full tub of pets at home shrimp and snail food. i removed a lot of the food stuck in gravel but the water was really cloudy and it was so hard to see. I had to go out for an hour to a doctors appointment, came back and removed all shrimp and fish. Today i have lost 1 of my shrimp and 4 fish. Did i wait too long to remove them? I regret not doing it immediately. Is it possible they would have died anyway?
