Hello! Im just super worried about my dog. I noticed some swelling on his lymph nodes a month ago under his jaw, on both sides and theyre not that noticeable really but it did freak me out. He’s a mixed shih tzu mini pinscher by the way. I had it checked and the vet prescribed him meloxicam. They also did the needle aspirate and the results came out after 3 weeks and it read “suggestive of neoplastic process” but the thing is the lumps subsided because of the meloxicam for only five days. His vet isnt in this may and she’ll be back in june so I am going to schedule a check up as soon as she gets in.
What are your thoughts? Could the needle aspirate be wrong? He isnt showing any signs of sickness and the lumps have already subsided bec of the meds but they arent fully gone yet bec maybe because the med was prescribed for only five days. I am just really worried!!! :( has anyone experienced the same thing?
