[Help] My 3 year old horned frog is not eating, definitely not hibernation (x-post to r/frogs and r/amphibians)

I have two horned frogs. A 1 and a 3 year old. The older one (Ikai) has been a quite passive frog compared to the other. She has never moved as much and when she goes into hibernation she stays buried up to 6 months.

This year I tried to wake her after 5 months following advice of a fellow redditor. She immediately went back down again. When she wouldnt resurface for another month or even more, I changed the lightbulb. No change. Keep in mind that at this point she has been buried for almost 8 months consistently.

So.. her tank is now definitely warm enough 26-28°C and its getting misted twice a day.

I'm starting to get worried.

She has eaten a lot of grasshoppers but I mainly fed her fish. It was always covered in vitamin powder.

Yesterday evening I thought of maybe putting her in a smaller box with less substrate so she cant cover herself completely and try to encourage her appetite.

What else could I do?

EDIT: she definitely isn't loosing weigh but she's also rather small I think. In march she weighed 195gr, about 40gr more than a year before
