I adopted my now 2.5 year old 57 pound pit bull from a shelter at 4 months and it was obvious in his short life he had been abused. His tail was broken and to this day he freaks out if I try to cut his nails. He is a very very good boy, and it doesn't really bother me or my boyfriend, but omg the amount of snuggles. If your standing he's leaning on you. If your sitting he's on your lap, and yes I just have acepted to not have blood in my legs lol. If you lying down he's either on top of you or nuzzeling into your armpit. If I'm trying to snuggle my boyfriend he will lay on top of the small section between us until gravity forces him all the way between us. While most of the time I enjoy this I got to wondering if it could be a symptom of anxiety. He definitely has separation anxiety that through crate training hasn't caused too many issues.
