Our kenneling business just got a negative review from somebody who boarded her two dogs, and they came home with kennel cough. We just looked at her vaccination record and realized she brought them to board on the same day she took them to get their kennel cough vaccine. We have cleaned and sanitized the place from top to bottom.
Anybody who works at a boarding facility that has any advice on how do get rid of kennel cough? Is it that hard to get rid of? Anybody with similar experiences? Ugh, I'm just so frustrated with the whole situation.
