My neighbour has disabled parrot and they gave me 3 days feed him

So what would you do if you had disabled parrot?

He can't fly but he can run.

He is in cage and my neighbour keeps him in cage all the time

They gave me to take care for 3 days as they are out of town

I told him to free him but he said street dogs will eat him or if he can't fly he could be crashed to vehicle

Parrot looks sad all the day and tries yo break cage with his rostrum

How can i keep it happy?

I can't just let it free or feel sad!
