Looking at adopting, and was thinking about taking him to a "groomer" - just a bath, and brushing to get the shelter smell/dirt off him and remove some of the loose hair, within the first few days...
Is this considered off limits for groomers? I never took my dogs to groomers growing up, so idk much about them. The thing I'm most afraid of is taking him in and then them finding fleas and then that being an ordeal because "you brought fleas into our store" - Since he's coming from a shelter, I assume theres a chance for fleas?
